"I have been using QBO for more than 1 year, and I haven't faced any problems with it. Simple software, great support, almost everything is under control, and lots of side apps to broaden the usage of it. For example, to import transactions into QuickBooks Online, I use Business Importer. And so on and so on! And I like the community around the app!"
