"Overall it's been a neutral experience. It's helped me track my small business income and expenses, and I don't know how I would have filed taxes on time without it. But it can still be difficult to use in some situations."

"I've used it reluctantly for years. See the Cons. My CPA likes it, and so does my bookkeeper. It's good for generating various reports and keeping track of accounts payables and receivables, gross income, profits, etc. It's an industry standard for accounting types, so they will be happy you're using it."

"I don't love or recommend it, but the price point and accessibility is often the reason for choosing it over others. Online access and bank feeds are most important, which work well. Any automated features are helpful. Connecting to 3rd party applications is easy."

"There are a few issues with the online version that really need to be fixed. Setting up employees has been difficult and time consuming. We had the program get stuck and would not let us proceed with setting the tax and vacation rules. Getting help when something isn't working properly is very difficult and slow."

"It does help provide reports that I need in order to file taxes correctly. But besides being clunky and making things more difficult to find, it occasionally changes things around so when you go do something that you've become accustomed to doing one way, that no longer works and you have to figure out how to make it work again."

"It's what my CPA knows, and it's what seems to be the most universal. It has robust reporting options, all the standard bookkeeping tools, and though it's not easy to use, it IS learnable."
