"Nice cosy venue with good friendly service. Reasonably priced and in a picturesque setting. Was busy as you'd expect but for a tourist attraction but got seated quickly."

"Excellent and friendly service. Fully knowledgeable about gluten free food and coeliac disease. They happily adapted a meal for me so that it would be gluten free and I felt confident that they were taking it seriously. The food was also great. I couldn't recommend them more. Lovely"

"Amazing tea room with lovely helpful staff. Was amazed by the amount of gluten free choice and knowledge of coeliac disease. I came here with my father in law and my fiancรฉ and son. We all had a late breakfast here and it was fantastic. The lady who runs the cafรฉ was really good with my son who's 3 speaking to him rather than around him which is lovely. They..." Read more

"Lovely tea shop interior and very friendly service! We ordered takeaway tea but wanted to sit down for a minute as we had a little time and it was raining. That wasn't a problem at all and along with our teas came a plate for the teabags - usually not something you get without asking. Very happy! Cakes looked very good too, though we didn't have the time to..." Read more

"What a lovely welcoming place. I had a lovely tea and home made coffee cake mid morning. I was also silly enough to leave my purse in the cafe. I live over 200miles away and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Posting my purse back to me immediately and being so kind. Thank you!! Customer service at its best and truly going above and beyond.
