All the staff listened and took us seriously when we warned them prior to coming in for Bon's appointment regarding the fact that Bon is a reactive girl. "Avian vet i saw very warm, caring, informative and professional. She explained the problem to me and treatment required. Felt my precious bird was getting the best treatment. Although she hasn't rung me back with the results of my birds blood test that was to be available within a couple of days."
