"Everyone had greeted us with care, understanding the urgency and understanding the stressful time. Dr Lucy was great explaining our dog’s condition, nurses and receptionists were all great understanding our stressful times and they were all willing to listen. Our dog has fully recovered and back home! Thank you!"
