"We sadly had to say goodbye to our bird here, and it was such a tough time for us. It is definitely on the expensive side, but the staff were kind and supportive, particularly Dr Emily. and we really appreciate the care they gave. I’m also sorry that my tears made one of the staff cry."

"Emergency department is excellent!!!.brought my dog in with an ulcer on her eyeball got sent straight to the optomoligy department and woth a few hours she was all sorted and ready to go home. The staff are wonderful, friendly and super helpful. I can't recommend them or thank them enough"

Excellent diagnosis of a highly risky and critical case where my dog had been driven over by the rear tyre of a tractor.
