"Caitlin was extremely patient in explaining Baileys exercises, as I am new to the process I needed more help I am sure than most owners. Caitlin also spoke to me via phone a little later as I wasn't sure that the process I was attempting to perform with Bailey was correct and her reassurance was very helpful."
