"It's good. I don't like when at 11PM at night the pages load slow or not at all every so often. I don't like when they don't tell us when they are going to do maintenance on the system which is very irritating. I give it 3 stars as the maintenance is not communicated to us when it should be when I have to manage my customers bookings."

"I originally chose this software for my scheduling because it includes many features under the free plan. My implementation is slow, so this allows me to adapt to the software and really understand it before making my decision. The customization is outstanding. Once you level up to a paid plan, you have a great many features for a low price."
