"I guess I just don't need all these features and it took me too much time to figure out the most basic ones. Eventually, I decided to go with a simpler tool. I don't doubt the great benefits it could bring, but I was turned off by a steep learning curve."

"This was a great alternative for integration into our personal gmails vs use of MS office. This software integration process is one I can not really compare to any other as Gmail is one of the basics and not many programs naturally merge emails."

"We were looking for email tracking. Categorising emails based on conversations. Only thing is streak would integrate every email of the customer in a single thread. Though it is a great advantage, sometimes the feature has downsides too. We need to sit and pre edit and then send email to our customer."

"for a free tool, this is awesome. really easy to use and gives good info as well as tools to engage better. Like that it allows me to personalize/customize my messaging much better. I use templates a lot and this tool allows me to make my emails sound personal. the open tracking seems to be pretty reliable as well as some email trackers are not reliable."
