"This is a great company to deal with. I recently bought a Daddario sound hole tuner and it wasn’t working 100%, not picking up the low strings. I contacted Strings and Paul was straight back to me and offered a replacement or a refund. It turned out that I needed to move the tuner closer to an internal brace and it’s working perfectly now. Top notch customer..." Read more

"Plain excellent. Rapid service. Fair prices. A sense of dealing with an actual person rather than a computer program. A good example of this was your putting together a custom cittern set for me without any fuss, and then storing the details of my set for the future. That’s customer service. Oh and ye carry Tusk pics, my favorites."
