"Great bowling experience and excellent customer service. Only one downside. While seated you dont have a good view of the shot being taken, only the back of the person taking the shot. A view of the lane on the overhead screens would have been good. Or seating slightly off centre to see the bowling lane a bit better.??"

"The pool tables have problems with payment. Not once I had stuck coins, not working payment, not accepting the coins (from their machines). I think they should think of using a NFC payment for unlocking the balls, not coins. A few times the balls were mixed (2 balls with the same number), or more stripes than solid balls. "Staff were nice, lanes were clean and we had a good time. Price per game was a little steep in my opinion, over £17 per 10-round game. If you complete an online survey you will be offered a voucher for a free game but the voucher is not emailed to you the same day so can only be used on subsequent trips."
