"We had a brilliant time but the bar staff could do with some training, when I asked for hot nuts they said the kitchen was closed, the hot nuts are in a dispenser on the bar! There were no clean glasses. The rubbish and mess were not removed from our lane before we got there or during our play. We enjoyed our bowling game, it was great fun."
