"Achieved another PB and knocked off over minute from last time. Started on the road then picked up a trail to Beggarwells wood. I was wondering whether I should of worn my Trail shoes instead luckily the woods were dry and compact abit rocky in places but all was fine. Glad I had my road shoes on as it was undulating 2 miles on the road to the finish line. S..." Read more

"Well pleased with my time. Achieved a PB a full minute knocked off from last time. Tough running up the hill but I soon ran towards the marshall stood middle of the road and went around him to go back down again. I pushed my pace as fast as could still undulating until the last mile and checking my watch was clocking up very fast and so pressure was on to sp..." Read more

"Big shout out to Liam Butterworth This time last year I was miserable, injured and sitting on the sidelines unable to do what I loved and unsure how to fix it. Now I am in a much better place and this weekend I ran my longest run in preparation for a Half Marathon in two weeks time. It is a massive milestone for me one I do not think would have happened with..." Read more

"Just want to give a HUGE shoutout to this gentleman!! Liam has been acting as an on-line running coach to me since approximately November 2018. Through his guidance, excellent training plan (not just planning in runs but offering help/advice and giving me strength and conditioning circuits to run long side my runs] I have managed to get back my self confiden..." "New 10km record today, rescued after setting off too fast on the first mile. And loosing a lot of time the second mile as road was busy and kept having to stop but that probably helped recover from the pacing error at the start New record 48:23 down from 49:49 Very wet last 3km aswell."

"I was very apprehensive about this and the first 3 miles - mostly uphill my legs felt like lead. But at mile 3 and a bit there's a horrible hill that in 4 years of running, I've always had a little walk on. I ran it today!! No stops in 7 miles (this couldn't happen on my usual social Saturday run). By mile 51 felt great and could honestly have carried on."

"41.28 for the Arundel 10K. that's a hilly course to a mixture of trail and road. To put it in context I ran it 10 years ago and did 45 mins, I cam 21st overall and 3rd in 50-59 age group. Really pleased. Thanks for the help so far."

"Very pleased at how that went. Was wondering how I could possibly do 10 reps after 6 of the same reps nearly killed me a month ago. Felt strong and dare I say fast throughout the session. Something is working 👍"

"I've come a long way these past few weeks and I wanted to share my story to help some of you who are just starting out. I was so fed up, I started running to lose weight and soon wanted to improve my times, but I wasn't getting either. Since doing Speedstrength I'm stronger physically and mentally. My brain would always be telling me to stop, but now the lit..." Read more

"Everything went fantastic, I thought today on the long run that at the age of 56 I would have thought I knew myself and capability. How wrong I was, I've learnt to stop doubting myself. The race series results for Hardmoors have been updated and I'm now in 5th position and 1st for my age with 2 races left."

"OMG THANK YOU! I'm loving this one to one pep talk and confidence building. Thank you for coming into my world! I am stealing the "talk to your future self" as I soooooooo get that on reflection training. Us military types like "lessons learnt" learning OK Liam bring it on! And thank you thank you thank you for allowing parkrun in my programme"

"All good no issues feeling really good. Still surprised how the running slower has improved my running so much. When we started together effort level 2 was 6 min per km, now it's 5 min per km. I'm so surprised of the benefits of running more slower often."

"The 3 mile mark was huge for me yesterday. It seems absurd to me that within one month I went from knee pain to running 3 miles."

"I took up running during lockdown but wasn't seeing much improvement. I was a little unsure if coaching would be for me, and fit around a busy family life. Those worries disappeared once I started to see improvements in the first 3 weeks. Leading to a big milestone of improving my half-marathon time by 15 minutes. I really enjoy the setup and how much I'..." Read more

"Before starting with Caroline I had no training plan and just ran with my club. It was frustrating though as my times weren't really improving and I was picking up injuries, despite working really hard. Soon after starting my times started consistently dropping and I finally started looking forward to my runs again. I'm so glad I joined, I love that you c..." Read more

"Before signing up I was unsure whether someone virtually would be able to motivate me, and if they would actually care abour what I did at all. At the same time, being time poor I knew I needed some external accountability to get the most from my training. A couple of weeks in when I realised Liam really did care about my progress as much as I did, I was..." Read more

"I signed up for coaching after being stuck not enjoying my running for months. After only a couple of weeks I now really enjoy running. Before, the only enjoyment came from the satisfaction of completing a run. I'd gladly recommend trying them out to see the results for yourself."

"I had doubts about working with a coach on line and not having any contact face to face, but that didn't affect it at all and Caroline has been brilliant! I knew it was worth it after only a couple of weeks when I saw a massive improvement with my fitness."

"I had been coached previously in a club setting, but I didn't feel I was getting the personal feedback needed to get to my best. If you're serious about improving your running, this is well worth it."

"Caroline was absolutely phenomenal. I had a 5 mile run test I needed to pass to complete my military training. I wouldn’t have been able to move forward with my career without her guidance and support."

"I initially started working with Liam for strength and conditioning and progressed into running coaching too. It surpassed my expectations. I have learnt so much about my body, my running, my mindset, etc. Liam is so easy to work with, 5*"
