"There's no dine in, take out only. First time there, walked in and ordered on the tablet. If you order at the door you will have to wait at least 20 minutes for your food. I would order online for next time. The food was good."

"Experience was awesome, food is always great. No tipping option is not cool, very cool girl though at the front was very helpful tonight. Please bring cash to tip your service industry workers, company has a very weird unable to tip policy going on, needs to do better for their employees."

"Second time ordering here and a little bummed. The first time was AMAZING and I was excited to have found my new favorite Chinese place but unfortunately the second time was just not as good. The blue crab Rangoons were exceptional. However, the side noodles had a really weird taste… like cardboard and the hot and sour soup was a bit metallic-y."

"Couldn’t get a hold of anyone via phone to discuss gluten free option. I have been treated with celiac disease in the last few months so getting to speak with someone at the restaurant would really be helpful. But you don’t have the ability for customers to connect with kitchen or restaurant staff. Too bad."

"This is our 2nd order. Quality isn’t that good anymore. We ordered Hunan chicken with fried rice. The chicken had a very bad taste and did not taste fresh. Side dish of Fried rice had 3 pieces of small black rock/stones in it which usually happens due to lack of rinsing."

"We order Tso pretty regularly. The portions are great, price is reasonable and it is usually pretty good. We ordered three entrees tonight. Two were good, but our Genral Tso's chicken was way overcooked, tough and stringy. We'll try it again, but tonight was not great."

"Tried after seeing on the news. The food was not amazing but not terrible. There really was no difference in the amount of food you get when ordering a bowl versus an entrée yet one is more expensive than the other. "It tasted good. The tso chicken batter was softer than I wanted, but good. The soup, good, the veggie rolls decent. The cons were that it makes you have a $20 subtotal which is understandable with a flat $5 delivery, but I paid extra for extra broccoli but only got 3 total, so it was a waste of money to meet that subtotal and not get everything I paid for."

"I ordered delivery on a Sunday night via their website. They originally quoted me an 80 minute delivery time. However it took 100+ minutes to get delivered. Next time would recommend paying the extra fee and getting it off Uber Eats or something else. 6:15pm - placed order 7:50pm - order ready for delivery 8:05pm - order delivered"
