"Ordered food and never received food. I contact tso immediately after receiving notification my food was delivered and of course they didn't care. Ordering delivery here is a gamble just be aware."

"Unless you love soggy shrimp covered in plain Mayo.. save yourself. When asking for a solution the restaurant said "that's how it comes"... So if scoops of Mayo with broccoli, walnuts, and soggy battered shrimp are your Jam.. boy do they have a treat for you! :)"

"I'm visiting from Houston... first time ordering from Tso. I ordered based on the revues. Our food was flavorless:( we had to drowned it in hot mustard and another sauce in order for it to be flavorful. Super disappointed since the reviews where all five stars."

"The food here isn't particularly good, but it used to be fast. Now it takes 80-100 minutes to deliver. I no longer see the point."

"Really disappointing food last night. After 1.5 hours the food came and was flavorless. Kung Pao had some kind of liquid filled in the box. We have had a good experience before but yesterday was just too bad."

"I have tried Tso's twice and was disappointed both times. I find the flavor to be very one dimensional. . No amount of soy sauce or sriracha improved the flavor I've had Kung Pao Chicken, hot & sour soup, egg drop soup, dry cooked green beans, and another entree that is so memorable I can't remember the name. I sorry to not like the food because I like thei..." Read more

"So I caught them I guess on a down day or something not impressed. I could even get interaction with their chat app never got a answer to 2 questions food was quick but arrived at room temperature not within ServeSafe guidelines then tried to get interactive again asking for phone call kept on getting " will get back with you in a moment " what does that me..." "So disappointing! We paid SO much for GF specifications and they still gave us regular noodles (I called to clarify) and it all just tasted pretty plain. We tried 4 different dishes and the only one we liked was the tofu lettuce wraps - they were decent."

"My goodness, I made a huge mistake coming here. I love Chinese food and actually was very interested in trying Chinese food in Texas and was greatly disappointed. It was the first day of a work week for me and I kinda put too much faith in the Chinese food and order $60+ of food and got an array of things to have and keep in my refrigerator in the suite I wa..." "We ordered the orange chicken, chicken lo mein, and egg drop soup.. This isn't my first time ordering from them so I was surprised at this second round. The chicken tasted weird, no where near compared to orange chicken. There was no sweetness to it, and had a weird after taste. Almost as if they forgot the main ingredient. The lo mein, was decent. Tasted l..." Read more

"Tso Horrible. The wontons in my soup were mealy, there were shells in my crab Rangoons and no sweet and sour for them, the chicken in my Tsos was old and the dish had no flavor, and the beef in my other dish was chewy. Literally nothing I ordered was acceptable. Either this place is all fake reviews, or people here have no idea what good Chinese is suppos..." Read more

"I'm highly disappointed with my order today. The double pan fried noodles were extremely salty to the point which it was inedible. I called them to tell my concern, and the lady told me that it was a common complaint. Her exact words: "It was salty because it was double fried." This made no sense to me. If it's a reoccurring issue/complaint, why didn't they..." Read more

"I had them last night and it was actually REALLY good! I enjoyed it quite a bit. I went to order again today but they don't allow modifications to their food. They claim it is for speed an efficiency but that's STUPID. I am allergic to onions. NOT adding onions is actually FASTER than adding onions. Their logic doesn't work at ALL since any gain in speed is..." Read more

"The worst Chinese delivery I've ever had. I ordered vegetable spring rolls and Sichuan beef. The spring rolls were fine, though they left a light aftertaste of old fry oil. The Sichuan beef was greasy and swimming in a deep pool of sauce, which was somehow too sweet, too salty, and yet lacking in overall flavor. The beef was slimy and hard - not tough - har..." "Horrible food. Egg rolls had essentially no filling, just puffy pastry that was soggy on the inside. Drunken noodles had zero seasoning or spices, tasted like it was cooked with nothing at all but water and oil until the end when they threw a bunch of red chili flakes on which added too much heat but no flavor at all. I literally threw it away after two bite..." Read more

"This place is not even so so. If the rating metric is good quality, fresh ingredient Chinese food, this is a 1 star place. If this place is 4 star, Panda Express deserves 3 Michelin stars. Fresh ingredients ... no Delicious Chinese spices ... no, it was bland Portion size ... generous, but with meh food it sadly just meant more food for compost. Orderin..." Read more

"Something is fishy about this place. We tried it because of the high ratings. The physical establishment had a break room with beds that were visible from the waiting area. They also they charged our credit card a dollar, replaced the dollar twice. The entrees we ordered were doused in watery sugary sauce, the soup was also bland and the egg rolls consisted..."
