"The delivery service is great. The hot and sour soup is neither hot nor sour, but it is strangely sweet. The normal spicy level is not at all spicy. We ordered extra spicy, and it was so hot, that we thought the kitchen must be messing with us. I like very spicy new mexican, thai, and indian food, so I am not a wimp. It would be nice if there was a lev..." Read more

"Still really good but something has happened to the eggplant and tofu. Every time I've ordered it (I always order it) there is less and less eggplant. This time around I got 5 pieces (shreds, really) and mostly bell peppers. The portion size has gone down too. I don't know if this is intentional or just inconsistent cooks but after my last order, I think it'..." Read more

"I like their online ordering. It's simple and effective. The food was good but just a little too safe on the flavor. I had the chicken lo mein. I think they should add more heat to the dish. I had to add salt to my lo mein and I NEVER do that. Also the chicken had a weird taste to it. Like it wasn't fresh. Next time I'm going to stick with the vegetarian o..." Read more

"Always looking to try new places. Found Tso on yelp and decided to order pick up for the first time. As it was my first time and not knowing how much time it would take, I decided to order when I arrived. I pulled up front and an employee was walking inside. I'm trying to pull up the menu and the same guy walks outside, I think he's going on break. Then out..." Read more

"First time to order delivery from Tso because of high ratings on YELP.. Best Crab Rangoon puffs I have ever had. Egg drop soup luxurious with veggies and fresh scallions. Gummy batter, cold and tooo sweet of a sauce on both the General Tso and Sesame Chicken entree's that were ordered."

"I'm not sure what's exactly makes this spot stand out. I may have possibly went on a bad day, but I ordered the drunken noodles, general chicken, and walnut shrimp. $40 and I expected that it would be worth it. Honestly.... it tasted just like something I can get at any other Chinese spot. Nothing appealed to me at all. The beef in the drunken noodles were t..." Read more

"We decided to try this place because we were craving Chinese and saw pretty good reviews on the place. First of all, loved that they don't charge for delivery. But. Did take a very long time to get the food. We waited almost an hour for our order. I ordered the Generals Chicken with fried rice. The sauce was really good, but there was so much sauce that it m..." "Tso's is one of the only Chinese restaurants that delivers, and so by default we wind up ordering from them even though after every meal we get I say "never again." It isn't that the food is bad, it's just that it is sooo bland. I swear they use no spices and I often wonder if they even use salt (they at least don't put any on their edamame). Delivery is oft..." "Interesting concept, salaried workers means no need to tip for delivery. Sounds good in theory, but definitely means overpriced food (but not that crazily overpriced since you're not paying for the delivery, right?). Just don't think of it as free delivery, but fixed delivery cost applied to the menu. Overall, the food was pretty decent. I ordered two thing..." Read more

"Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with this place. I ordered the boc choy garlic shrimp. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. Very garlicky and good. My only disappointment was the boc choy was more "grown up" than I'd like. Lots of it, tho. I wish there was more sauce. Steamed rice was perfectly done. Next - chicken fried rice. Very tasty but bigger pieces of whit..." Read more

"Free delivery? No tipping? Very decent Chinese food? Ts'not bad! The concept is great however when ordering online, the quote to get food delivered was 80 minutes. Woof. I opted to pickup. The location is kind of hidden by the Concentra healthcare in the same shopping center as Dave and Busters / The Mattress Firm. We tried the drunken noodles, large w..." Read more

"I have had this place twice. The concept is amazing to have free delivery. And they're fast. It for shre isn't authentic Chinese by any means but it gives you a fast fix if that's what you'd want. The one thing I wouldn't recommend getting is edamame. It's a little too soggy by the time it's delivered."

"Great - I love their business model with all inclusive pricing. I also love that they don't cook your food until they have a driver available so it doesn't sit and get cold. The food has always been fresh and hot. I've not ever had them forget anything in the order. They are always complete. Not so good The spice level is NEVER consistent. I have orde..." Read more

"Tried delivery on recommendation of a neighbor. They pay waiters and drivers a living wage, which is a refreshing model. The website was easy to use for ordering. Delivery time was a bit long (120 min), but it's a holiday today. Food was extremely mediocre. Fried rice tasted like Panda Express. Tofu was well cooked, but sauces were all very flat and suga..." "This is usually our go to place for Chinese delivery but today I tried to place an order and was told we are outside their delivery area as of last week, we live 3 miles away! The guy on the phone said that "they" knew people would be upset but went ahead and took Johnson/Terrace off the delivery zone."

"Tso gave us food that was pretty much exactly what we expected... think Panda Express, with the option of delivery. I really liked the website, and that they had gluten free options clearly marked. The food was fine, nothing crazy good, but definitely tasty. I really didn't like that when I went in to the store, I wasn't able to place an order. I understa..." Read more

"An update after giving Tso a second go: I'm still constitutionally unable to give more than three stars for standard Chinese-American food, but will give Tso extra credit for its simple, transparent delivery pricing, fast service, and unique business model. The fact that management offered a thoughtful reply to my first review shows that they care about what..." Read more

"Pros: easy to order online, they give you a tracker to estimate when your food will be delivered, flavors are great, and no delivery charges nor tips accepted. Cons: we felt sick all night and the next day after eating this-- not sure if there is MSG added, but I'm going to assume that is the reason. Also, they have a $15 minimum. All in all, if you normal..." Read more

"I like the simplicity of their ordering system. I also thought the sauce was tasty in the General Tso's dish I ordered - a little spicy but in a good way. Sadly, my chicken was really tough and dry. I'm not sure I would order it again."

"Great website and service! The service is definitely a five. The food... a 3.5. I just want to rate the food, and given the restaurant's high score, I thought I'd skew down. What I had: - Veggie Egg Rolls - this is an order of four, small, crispy vegetable SPRING rolls. I thought it would be a big egg roll, without the meat. They were fine, but there was vi..." "Ordered from them twice in one week. First time was solid Americanized Chinese food - General Tso's chicken was sauced/spiced/cooked right, order was correct, potstickers were the right texture and heat level, fried rice wasn't too greasy and everything was cooked correctly. The second time I ordered, it wasn't good. They got my order wrong, the egg rolls we..." Read more
