"I came early for a scheduled appointment for a 20-minute job. Was told that I would be waiting for 2 1/2 hours, and that's just how they work. That is unacceptable. If there is an appointment, they need to either advise a head of time that it may take longer than expected, or bring the appointments back at the appointment time."
