"They install and deliver everything perfectly. But make sure you get a warranty on your appliances. No warranty they will do almost nothing for you. My dryer broke a year and a half after use. It�s been a year past the occurrence and my dry still isn�t fixed. I regret shopping with vans."

"Horrible customer service. Left multiple voicemails due to fridge issue. Once I went in to bring up the issue I was told I would receive a call the following Monday. Still no call.
