"Responsible and adhering staff -- we recently came back after a goofy experience and the staff and management were great! We sent in an e-mail we were impressed they worked through our issue, heard what we said, and accommodated us, and ownership contacted us back as well, which meant a lot. "I used to live a stone's throw from The Waterworks, but after a move, I still drive 25 minutes each way to the Waterworks on Lincoln and 3rd downtown. Whether I'm just getting my car washed or I'm splurging to get it detailed, they are the BEST in the metro area. Worth the trip."
