"Had a facial with Rena, she was lovely and thorough. The spa had a mishap with scheduling but all the staff handled it very well and were accommodating. Loved the massage chair, the skin specialist helped prepare a detailed plan for me and my bestie, and loved the refreshments offered. Thank you to the lovely staff."
