"Full disclosure Kevin is a friend… BUT we contacted Kevin in the morning, he responded immediately and came out by the end of the day. When Kevin arrived, he asked me to turn on the A/C unit, he instantly knew what wrong by the sound and had it up and running in 10 minutes."
