"I ordered chocolates from this company for the first time. Even though USPS said the product was delivered, it was not. I never received it. I let the company know and their response was too bad for you. " We can not be responsible for items that USPS said they delivered" . Such poor customer service. "This company is a scam. Spent $53 for terrible passive-aggressive customer service, and never received my package. They won't give me a refund because the when they got my package back after it was lost, the "cocoa butter soaked the packaging" and instead of giving me new product or changing the packaging they threw it away and gave me $25 off my next order...."
