"Great experience here! Never thought I'd need a vacuum hospital but I snatched a Groupon knowing that my 3 year old Dyson was on its last leg. Fortunately, the repairman was able to make it JUST LIKE NEW. It ended up costing about $150 but was much cheaper than buying another vacuum of the same quality. Great customer service and high quality repairs."

"Excellent customer service!!!! Emailed the owner on a Sunday for help with a broken vacuum and by Monday morning a loaner part was held for me. "Extremely helpful - went two times with two Dysons and they helped me fix them super quick. Only take minutes. And they also didn't want to charge me for it (I paid them nonetheless). Very kind and efficient."
