Even after the repair there was a pump issue and they were on it with EXELLENT customer service via the phone and at the house. His team of in house folks are top drawer."

"Our HOA had a relatively young pool heater go bad. One of the brass nuts connecting a thermo-sensor broke off. Every other company wanted us to just throw away 4 year young heater and replace it with another heater for $5000 to $6000. Payan instead worked with us to replace just a component in heater for $1200 to get it working again."
