"保留舊式老建築,注入新的元素,除了餐點還有結合工作坊讓人文、飲食、歷史,串連起來很棒的用餐經驗,希望有機會能參與海女採集體驗工作坊。 這次用餐品項:船長頂浪套餐、鳳梨海草氣泡飲、山林野草沙士、巴斯克乳酪蛋糕 三種魚肉熬煮與番茄的搭配,帶點番茄酸味與海鮮的鮮甜,很適合東部炎熱的天氣,涼拌海菜處理的很乾淨沒有腥味清爽,花生米豆腐口感Q彈綿密,與甜醬油搭配很適合,船長套餐還有附新鮮炙燒生魚片,套餐加100元可搭配飲品,鳳梨海草氣泡飲喝的到鳳梨丁,海草纖維素豐富,山林野草沙士杯口有沾海鹽,加上野草糖漿搭配鹹甜爽口,這裡的飲品很有在地特色,很推薦要點上一杯嚐嚐,巴斯克乳酪蛋糕搭配甜醬油,第一次吃到乳酪搭配醬油很獨特!乳酪的奶香加上淡鹹的醬油比想像中還要搭。除了餐點美味還有收穫的體驗,空間展覽可以了解當地海女採集文化。"

It was very interesting presentation of locally inspired cuisine. It was a great deal for the price. I recommend to anyone staying in Taitung County.
