"No words for this business called that we are running late no one would pick up phone, then added cancellation fee just because we ran bit late $40 for hair cut of 15 min never he has gotten full 30 min service what we paid for. I love small businesses but sorry little ridiculous"

"This place is great. I've been going for several years. Reception is always outstanding. My stylist for the past few years - Bekkah - rocks. Any naysayers are themselves challenging people and should call management who I know to be caring and concerned owners to discuss and give them a chance to resolve before posting cowardly reviews."

"18|8 is the place to go for a great haircut and grooming services for guys. They take their time and ensure the customer is happy before they finish. I have been going here since moving to Indy. It's a long drive for a haircut for me, but I don't mind because it is well worth it."

"18 8 is THE spot for men of all ages to get a haircut in Carmel and Westfield. All of their stylists are complete professionals. You will get a fantastic, consistent haircut at a reasonable price.
