"My husband went for a "trim" and came back with the shortest hair ever. Clearly the stylist didn't listen & used clippers to just hack it off. That's not a styled haircut. Styling requires time & skill. Never again! And they charge 50% more than my hair salon."

Never mentioned the "new customer deal..purchase a $45 haircut for new clients get a second free within 4 weeks. I'm only going back to get a trim.. never again!
