"Great experience at the location in Providence Village. My 8 year old’s pediatrician had a 5 hour wait to return messages and I did not want to drive into the urgent care in Frisco. There was no wait here and everyone was very nice. It is great to have you all in the area. Thank you."

"I won me a trip here today with what I thought was my arm being cut off by my on knife by all the blood pouring out. "The wait was long and the lady at the front desk was not very happy to be there! If I'm giving you money I expect at a good attitude if not a smile. Once we seen the doctor everything was better. "I went and saw Amber Lavender, NP in Gainesville, TX. She was very efficient and had outstanding bedside manner. Very please with my treatment plan. I will definitely be back to see her if I need anything regarding urgent visits when I am unable to see my PCP."
