"My laptop would start and then shut off immediately. Mark was able to diagnose it's a screen issue and switch the screen for me. He also helped with providing a temporary solution while we wait for the new screen order to arrive. That allowed me to keep working with my laptop using another screen. Thanks again Mark. 10/10 would recommend his services."
