"It was a mixed experience. Admin staff were very good but sales staff less so. There was a lack of proactivity and I found myself having to lead on periodic reviews of progress. I struggle to see how High Street Agencies can sustain the high commissiin based costs in the face of the rise of the internet. I believe Rightmove sold our property - nothing else."
