After a deep cleaning with a full rinse, the carpet was dry in about 4 hours. Bonus, Brian told me exactly how to care for my tile and granite, with the best products to use. He was right !"

"Easy to schedule online, he showed up on time, price was dead on the estimate, and the tile is clean. He did about 1500 sq/ft of tile in about 2 hrs, all tile, I can't speak to their carpet cleaning. House smells fresh but not perfumey or chemically. There was no upsell just some advice on what works best for when I clean the tile myself."

Booking was easy and reviews were good, there was minor hick ups but the owner made sure I was 100% satisfied. It's safe to say I am now comfortable with bringing home my little, floor looks awesome. "I've had other steam cleaning companies come and clean our carpets but didn't do a very good job. Arizona Carpet & Tile Steamers did a great job. They were friendly and even gave me some tips to keeping our carpets cleaner longer. I'm glad I chose them and I will use them next time also. Great service."
