"Booked online for a Saturday appointment. A couple of minutes later received a call saying 'Sorry, already booked'. They showed two appointments available but then told me they were both booked. Do not recommend."

"I cannot even rate their service because the guy on the phone was not even willing to give me a price. I have no rooms carpeted, but about 300 to 400 square feet of carpet in the hallway and stairs. "This company sounded good until something went wrong. I would recommend staying away! My carpet spots were back by the next day, my tile looked worse and when I complained they became defensive and attacking that I did something. Spend your money on someone else."
