"Their scheduling system is a nightmare. No matter what I say to the staff they end up just never being able to put me on their schedule. They will bombard me with texts for a day or two then completely ignore me for months and just say they are booked out. Its been a year and still no appointment. "I got an attachment for my Invisalign that fell off an hour later (around 12:00). My options were to come in the same day at 2:00, which I couldn't do or come in during the work day. I own my own business and cannot leave work before 4:30. Now, I can not get the attachment put back on for another 2 weeks. The scheduling is super disappointing."

"Would not recommend as the office staff is rude and disrespectful. I spent $12k at this office which was supposed to include follow-ups and now they are refusing service. It’s fraud to take a customers money and then refuse service."
