"I got an attachment for my Invisalign that fell off an hour later (around 12:00). My options were to come in the same day at 2:00, which I couldn't do or come in during the work day. I own my own business and cannot leave work before 4:30. Now, I can not get the attachment put back on for another 2 weeks. The scheduling is super disappointing."
