"I took a 30 minute detour to stop at Baos. It's a cute place. Unfortunately the 4 different croissants I tried were not great... Very very dry and stale. To the point I could not eat the ends because they were so hard. The almond paste flavoring was good, but I really think they may have been 2 or 3 days old. "I enjoyed my quiche, lemon pound cake & macarons a lot. They were beautifully presented and reasonably priced. My 1 complaint was the dark blue macaron. It wasn't blueberry. It was VERY BITTER. I know that type of bitterness comes from heavy use of food coloring. Otherwise all was well. The shop is cute & the employee was very nice."

"Nice bakery but not a single price is posted on anything so you have to ask about every single item. It’s a real pain and a weird way to run a business."

"Macarons are great! Chocolate mouse cake is also great! The carrot cake wasn’t very impressive but overall really good pastries. Pricing is a bit high but it’s a small business so I get it. Will be returning!!"
