"We used BASCS to renovate our large downstairs bathroom and from start to finish we were extremely happy with the planning and design phase with the lovely Sam to the build phase with Glenn and Dan. If you can dream it, Sam and the team can build it for you. Fairly priced and great quality products. We will be using Bascs again soon!"

"We have used BASCS twice now for two different bathrooms. The team have been great with design ideas, helping to find a fitter and managing the whole process. Even though our bathrooms were 15 yrs apart we were recognised as we walked through the door to look for our second bathroom, there was no pressure and also they were very happy to work with our budg..." "We engaged Bascs to make significant changes to our bathroom. We were looked after by Sam who guided us through a wide range of design options. It took us a few changes to decide on our final design. We were really happy with Sam who was patient, knowledgeable and gave us time and saw us through to the excellent outcome we were looking for"

"We have brought two bathroom suites from BASCS in the last 3 years and not experienced any problems. We had the last suite installed by Centra Heat plumbers and they were impressed with the quality of the furniture. A big thank you to Sam and her colleagues for all their help!"

"I've done Wicke's, Magnet, Howden's etc, all the big places they are so impersonal and matter of fact. BASC is different, small enough to make it feel personal, but large enough that they can procure what what you need. The Design process was as good as anywhere, but surpassed others in it that felt they too wanted me to have a nice Bathroom. Even when Ja..." Read more

"Excellent service. Were able to pick in showroom what we wanted in bathroom. Were then able to see 3D drawing of what finished bathroom would look like. Jim, one of their fitters, did an excellent job doing all the work . One down side was we had to wait quite a while for work to start, but as we weren't in a hurry this didn't cause us any problems."

"We purchased a high end shower from this company years ago. It had to be dismantled due to a burst pipe. Contacted Bascs and they still had all original order details and reordered parts from manufacturers. They are delivering to my home address and neither the manufacturer or Bascs are making any charges. Thanks to them and Merlin showers for their help. I..." Read more
