"I can't say anything but good things work hard for 30 minutes and get results and to top it off they got me eating better and really reading labels and getting away from processed and starchy foods. I feel better and after 3 weeks fit better in my clothes. I enjoy the 5am classes they give me a great start to my day. Cam is fantastic �"
