"Fitbit Boot Camp has been a great fit for my busy schedule. The instructors are super. Don't let the name "Boot camp" scare you away. All the work outs have modifications to accommodate any level of fitness, age, or most injury's. The workouts are only 30 minutes long to fit into a busy lifestyle. Motivation, accountability, guidence, and fun."

"For the past 2 years, FBBC has been part of my morning routine. Every day is a different workout, so you are never bored! You challenge yourself every day. The coaches are both respectful and supportive. Lots of laughs followed by hard work. Did I mention you can fit it in your day? It only takes 30 minutes. Try it out, I did :-)"
