"Wait times are a bit outrageous. But even more annoying is the amount of phone calls you get when you have an appointment. Please stop spamming me. If I wanted to cancel I'd call. 5 calls is over kill. Call to remind me, great. Don't call to re confirm an appointment I've already made."
