"I feel in love with a certain real wood entertainment center and after a week I found defects. I contacted Bestbuy Furniture ( on Wilcrest in Houston) and they were soooo prompt in picking up the defected one and replacing it with a better one. Thanks so much for going above and beyond!!!!"

"I think they have the best furniture. Delivery is prompt and right on time. If you're there for window shopping Julia will make sure you'd buy anything. Lol. She's the best salesperson I have seen. She's helpful. She's funny and professional. Prices are bit higher. But for all other facilities they provide. I think it's bearable. I'm a regular for them."
