He picked up a special cable from PB Tech for me, and when it turned out my roof and floor was out of level and a level TV looked bad, he adjusted the TV until it looked right. He showed patience and seemed to enjoy the challenge of sorting it all out for us. Everything was left in very clean state. The cost was fully explained and very reasonable considering the time it took. Can highly recommend."
