"Rented a storage unit here for a year, no complaints at all. Staff was always professional and helpful. There were no pests and the storage units and hallways were very clean. Rates were reasonable for a second floor unit, and the hours were flexible as well. Very happy with this place, and if I needed to rent in Hamilton again I'd go here."

"I've been storing my RV on site on and off for a couple of years and in some other facilities. This one is under new ownership now but in general, I think this facility is a bit more secure then a couple of the other ones that I have been in. I've had good dealings with the staff and just am comfortable here."
