"Good service, and very secure location. The heated storage unit was kept a little colder than my liking and there were indications that it froze up a couple of times (Broken bottles from freezing). Staff was very courteous. "Inah. C. (Customer Service) was very pleasant to deal with, helpful and knowledgeable. Good experience with this storage unit."

"I can only glow about how great this place is. I kept my stuff there for 2 years. EVERY SINGLE TIME I went into their office, they were friendly, helpful, and polite. "Very friendly and helpful staff. Due to covid and moving from another province we could not visit the facility but the staff there handled everything and checked on our delivery. They made sure the unit was locked after delivery and were quick to issue final credit when the unit was cleared. Always answered the phone and always friendly!"
