They got directly in contact with the leasing company, no hassle whatsoever, car drop and pick up in no time, quality and fast service. "we sent an email, requesting for an appointment for car servicing and they called the very next day. Very responsive. there was no fuss in the whole process. very service orientated. we live 5 mins from another garage but BMW Schmitz service definitely outshine the other."
