"Called in today on a recommendation, ordered the Ultimate roast, food was faultless, staff were friendly, TV is the bar was showing on a football match which was a little loud but manageable, all in all a good experience until the bill came, £73! For 5 courses between 2 was a bit steep I thought given the portion size of the starter/dessert😔"

"Busy spot, even on a very wet Saturday evening. Dining room has a good atmosphere, staff are well organised and service is quick and friendly. Open pass kitchen, if you like to see the chefs at work. Good menu options, but would have liked to have seen more fish dishes. Chocolate ice cream/brownie sundae for dessert was great way to finish the meal."

"Wonderful evening celebrating out daughter's engagement. The function room was perfect, plenty of space for all. The venue was spotlessly clean. Buffet was fabulous, great selection of sandwiches and hot finger food. Staff were amazing and very attentive."

"Popped in whilst out for a walk. As always nothing seems too much trouble for the bar staff. On this occasion we didn't eat. The bar staff are always friendly and pleasant. They make you feel very welcome. Met Ian behind the bar and chatted a little. Lovely man. The Bryansburn is well worth a visit. "
