"Whenever Tiffany answers the phone she is a pleasure to speak with. Traci is very busy but ALWAYS finds time for her customers and never makes them wait. I send my customers to Cape Coral Mortgage because they work very efficiently, they help customers build credit, and they don't charge extra fees."

Traci was exceptional in verifying the managements reserve funds and ensuring the loan went through smoothly. The numbers were very close to the original quote and the closing was smooth. I would recommend anyone to do business with Cape Coral Mortgage. "
