"I am 83 years old and have no idea how to use a smartphone but unfortunately need to use one for work. These guys are absolute legends. They took all the time to make sure I understand the features and taught me how to use what I need to do. I have never experienced such amazing customer service and especially at a time when they were flat out busy."
