Called back in a little after noon and was given a window from 3 to 5 but they ended up sending a tech out about 20 minutes later and found a blown internal fuse. Very good customer service"

"Our technician, Robert Lewis showed up and was able to diagnose an amperage issue with the fan motor rather quickly. He explained how this over amperage will cause the system to not cool properly and that fortunately this is a commonly needed part, so there shouldn’t be much of a wait to get it in. Robert had great knowledge and communication."
