"Incredible service. Great staff. I walked in thinking that I needed to replace a video card. After they tested it, I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the card. I have little knowledge about the inner workings of computers yet was treated with respect. I would recommend them over a big box computer store."

"Spilled coffee on my laptop during one of my university classes, and they were able to fix it... and I've had no problems with it since (this happened a couple months ago). It was a little pricey - which can be expected for a mistake like that I guess, but overall great service & got my laptop running smoothly."
