"Meal started off great. Our server was warm and friendly, and we hit the ground running with a bottle of wine and a crudo. Perfect pairing. Followed that with the best tamal and mole we've ever had. After waiting like 20 minutes for our 3rd plat, we almost received another crudo and we politely said no, that's not for us, it ended up at the table adjacent. B..." Read more

"I really don't understand how this place is Michelin starred.. the price is ridiculous! I never felt so ripped off in my life! Each item was just average! We had almost everything on the menu and I still don't remember anything special from it.. I was excited for the waygu steak and there were really only 5 tiny slices of steak with a couple of bites for $48..." Read more

"If you like mushy food, lots of flowers and bitter flavors on your food, no contrast of textures, no AC, and more importantly very mediocre tacos you're in for a treat at Los Felix."

"We were very excited to go here, considering the Michelin recommendation. I was actually surprised to see a lot of bad reviews on Google and Yelp before I booked, and now I know why. It's an expensive restaurant, which would be fine if the food was really good. It's not. Both the duck tamal and the catch of the day were overcooked and dry. The Al Pastor taco..." Read more

"My friends and I decided to try this spot out because we love Mexican food and heard they got a Michelin star... after that experience I am pretty sure they got the tire, not the star. I have to start off by saying our main server was lovely, but that's where the loveliness ends. We ordered a bottle of sauvignon blanc - the only one on the menu. They bro..." Read more

"Service was bad, food ok. They messed up the order and forgot one order, then they dropped soda in the wine."

"The ambiance was great and the service was pretty good. We ordered the guacamole - decent and the chips were different... then we had the Al pastor tacos... were terrible but were over seasoned (I'm Hispanic so we are all about the seasoning but this was over powering.. last was the corn dumplings- those were bad ... no way to put it... they looked like wet..." "Margaritas aren't made with sake! Tacos shouldn't cost this much. Ceviche with scallops has a weird texture and didn't taste good. Definitely don't go after 2:45 because they rush to get your order in. It's very very over priced for what it is..."

"Food is just okay, the only plate that I would say it was really good is the pork cheek carnitas. The portions are very small and very expensive and the beer is not cold. Ambiance is cozy and energetic and service is great too. But for what they serve and from what we were expecting, I wouldn't go back."

"We were so excited to eat hear after hearing rave reviews from a diner as we walked the Grove. Finally have had the opportunity to eat, we were terribly disappointed in the overall experience. Our order took longer than expected and disappointed when it arrived.  I think whoever is giving out Michelin Stars should be evaluated.  The food is nothing special,..." Read more

"It's beyond our comprehension how this restaurant was awarded a Michelin star. The weaknesses and inconsistencies far outway any strengths:Strengths:*They have an in-house molino which is used to grind maiz daily to make tortillas from scratch*The totopos and guac was the best dish we had, with freshly made, hot totopos appropriately salted a..." "Small spot with indoor and out door seating, dj with loud music at night. We had the tamal, arepa, al pastor tacos, pork cheek carnitas, grilled fish, and octopus. The tamal was a tamal, sauce was extremely acidic. The arepa came with a rotten avacado on the inside and it overwhelmed the dish. The al pastor tacos were mid. The carnitas were good, but your ty..." Read more

"Ok so 1st if all, service is great, very attentive. But wow how did it earn 1 Michelin star? The food is subpar & really not that good...the worst dish was the octopus, incredibly fishy and not in a good way I would not recommend. The only dish that was really good was the fish"

"Terrible and overpriced. I rarely write reviews but need to warn people to stay away. It is unclear to me how this place earned a Michelin star. You are better off going to Coyo Taco for a third of the price."

"Went for their brunch with high expectations but unfortunately they did not deliver 2 of the dishes were almos inedible. Their chilaquiles were súper acid they were like soak in lemon, and the crudo the same thing, the other 2 dishes were just okay. It is a shame I expected way more. The only salvageable is their service and the presentation of the dishes"

"I came to Los Felix with high expectations. It has a Michelin star after all but in my experience it is not. First of all no air conditioning when is 95 degrees in Miami and they have their doors opened. We came with our friend's 3 years old boy who ordered pancakes. All of the food came as it was (slowly) ready which the waitress explained to us and we we..." Read more

Portions are very small so don't come hungry or expect to spend a lot on dinner."

"Just, no. Everything felt short. I do not understand the Michelin star. Everything needed salt or acid, nothing was balanced. "I really wanted to like this place, but I can't say I'd ever return. The dish that probably sums up why I won't return is the "Corn Grits."
