"They do a decent job. It took longer because they mistook me for another client and thought that I declined service. I had a bumper replaced and they put my cracked reflector back on! Had to return to correct. They also failed to properly close my hatch so it drained my battery and I had to replace it. Battery was 3 yrs old though."
