"We had our car in for a scheduled service and after Cooper Automotive informed us that some parts hadn’t arrived due to things outside their control, they called us and kept us informed until it was repaired a week later. They gave us their courtesy vehicle during that time to use so we were not inconvenienced at all. We couldn’t recommend them more highly."
